1. Return period

You may request a return within 14 days after receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be:

  • Unused and unworn
  • In the same condition as received
  • In its original packaging, where possible
  • Without signs of washing, damage, stains, strong smells, or wear

  • Your full name
  • The reason for the return
  • Photos if the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect

2. Damaged, defective, or incorrect items

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Include clear photos of:

  • The damaged or defective item
  • The packaging
  • The shipping label
  • The wrong item received, if applicable

If we confirm that the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect, we will offer one of the following:

  • A replacement
  • A refund
  • Another suitable solution

In this case, we will cover the return shipping cost.


3. Returns for other reasons

If you want to return an item for another reason, for example:

  • You changed your mind
  • You ordered the wrong size
  • You no longer want the item
  • The item does not fit as expected

You may still request a return within the return period, but the buyer is responsible for the return shipping cost.

Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.


4. Items that cannot be returned

We cannot accept returns for:

  • Items that have been worn or washed
  • Items with stains, smells, damage, or signs of use
  • Items without original packaging where this makes resale impossible
  • Custom-made or personalized products, unless they arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect
  • Gift cards
  • Sale items, where clearly marked as final sale, if allowed by applicable law

5. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.

If approved, the refund will be sent to your original payment method.

Please note that it may take several business days for your bank or payment provider to process the refund.

We may refuse a refund if the returned item does not meet the conditions in this policy.


6. Exchanges

We may offer exchanges depending on stock availability.

If you ordered the wrong size or changed your mind, you are responsible for the shipping cost of returning the item.

If the exchange is due to a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, we will cover the return shipping cost.


7. Return shipping

Before sending anything back, you must contact us first and wait for return instructions.

Do not send items back without contacting us first.

For buyer-paid returns, we recommend using a tracked shipping service. We are not responsible for items lost during return shipping.


8. Refused or unclaimed packages

If a package is refused, not collected, or returned to us because of an incorrect address provided by the customer, we may deduct shipping and handling costs from any refund.
