📜 The Guild’s Return Mandate

We stand by the quality of our gear, but we understand that sometimes the loot isn’t a perfect fit. Our return process is straightforward and transparent.

1. The Return Quest (Right of Withdrawal)

You have the right to return any Loot item purchased within 14 calendar days from the date of delivery, with no obligation to state a reason.

  • To initiate your Return Quest, please contact us via email at sakuramerchofficial@gmail.com within the 14-day timeframe.

2. The Loot’s Condition

For a return to be accepted, the Loot must meet the following conditions:

  • Must be in its original condition (unworn, unwashed, and undamaged).
  • All tags must still be attached to the garment.
  • Must not have suffered damage or deterioration.

⚠️ Warning: If the Loot is returned in an unsuitable state (e.g., worn, stained), it will not be able to re-enter the Vault, and the refund will not be accepted.

3. Cost and Process (The Courier Scroll)

The customer is responsible for the direct cost of return shipping.

  • Return Cost: The choice of courier and the cost of the return shipment are the customer’s responsibility. We strongly recommend using a service with Tracking for your security.

4. Returning the Gold (Refunds)

Once the Loot returns to the Vault (warehouse) and has been inspected, we will initiate the refund process.

  • Timeline: The refund will be completed within 5-7 business days of receiving the return.
  • Original Shipping: If you return the entire order, we will also refund the original shipping cost you paid to receive the item (e.g., the €6 or €10). If you only return part of the order, the original shipping fee is non-refundable.

5. Faulty Loot (Defective Items)

If you receive Loot that is defective (e.g., torn, DTF peeling) or if the wrong product has been shipped to you (e.g., incorrect size or design):

In this case, Sakura Merch will cover the full cost of the return and the reshipment of the correct/new product.
